He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Waller and Ethel Waller; his wife Joan; and his sister Doris Waller. He is survived by: his children, Maxine Barton (Bruce) and Nelson Waller (Susan); and his grandchildren, Bruce Barton, Jimmy Barton, Katie Depa (Brad), Kimmy Barton and Brandon Waller.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request donations be sent to The Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) on James' behalf.
