She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Smith. She is survived by: her mother Joan Berendsen; her husband Brad Leet; her children, Michael and Jennifer Leet; and her siblings, Sandra Maffei, Douglas Smith, Gregory Smith and Patrick Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (100 S School St, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
