She is survived by: her husband Scott Dobrow; her children, LorEllen McCoy (Aaron), Autumn Perrault (Andrew), Theresa Abrahams (Jason), Tiffany Dobrow (Michael Weidner), Mimi, Aavin, Caysen, Blake, Brielle, Cadence, Claire, Ryker, Kamden, Daxton, Mckinsley, Cain, ReyEllen and Ezekiel; her brother Loran Koop (James); her sibling's children, Samantha, Michael and Ally; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gia, Mason and Lucca.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations under Jo Ellen's name may be made out to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 208, 121 North Douglas Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004.
