He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Carle and John H. Carle Sr.; his wife Karen Morton Carle; and his brother Kent "KC" Carle. He is survived by: his significant other Eva-Maria Rill; his sister Donna Tennison (Tom); his sister-in-law Judi Carle (Tim Shideler); his sibling's children, Todd Tennison (Amy), Kristin Fox (Steve), Megan Kozel (Michi), Jill Carle (Andy Rottas) and Melinda Keen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Emily, Connor, Cooper, Landon, Theodore, Eleanor, Amelia, Benjamin, Evelyn, Wyatt and Casey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church (1234 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
