He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sobeck and Louise Sobeck; and his sister Nancy Eaken (late Gordon). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Sobeck; his children, Kenneth, Karen and Kathleen Larson (Neil); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Zibell (late Evan), McKenna Averill (Reno), Sara Larson and Kelsey Larson; his great grandchild Ashton Zibell; his brother Richard Sobeck (MaryLou); and his nieces and nephews, Jeannine Dorrah (Danny), Joanni Larson (Michael) and Jennifer Budney (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Emily Catholic Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
