She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Pilarski and Frank Pilarski; her sister Claudia Siragusa; her former husband Russell Berberet; and her grandmother Amma Bamma.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Berberet (Dana), James Berberet (Jean), Nancy Berberet (Richard) and Thomas Berberet; her grandchildren, Cara Berberet (William), Madison Berberet (Sahil), Katelyn Berberet (Diego), Riley Berberet, Lily Berberet, Jack Berberet, Olivia Berberet and Trip Espinoza; her great grandchildren, Erin and Jude; and her daughters-in-law, Joleen Berberet and Donna Gandia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Parish (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089).
