Katheleen left this world on October 28, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Senne and Edward Senne; and her brothers, Paul Senne, Kevin Senne and Edward Senne.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Worthington; her sons, Sean Strelinski and Salvatore Berrafato Jr.; her granddaughter Rachel (Marissa); and her sisters, Sandra Oertel and Lynn Raffelson (Jim).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (202 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194).
