He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Nancy Blohm (Jeff); his parents, Hyman Skolnik and Ida Skolnik (Primakow); and his sister Rita Levy (Irv).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Nagelberg and Jean Andersen (Peter); his grandchildren, Chris Blohm, Corey Blohm (Rana), Scott Nagelberg, Katie Blohm, Daniel Nagelberg (Megan) and Sarah-Jane Andersen; and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Mason and Brayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
