He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Douglas Mazique and Shirley Mazique (Ryan); his son Kent A. Mazique Jr.; and his brothers, Doug Mazique and James Mazique.

He is survived by : his daughters, Rachel Mazique-Brucker (Chris) and Rosie Mazique of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Jacob and Jasmine Mazique-Brucker; and his sisters, Diane Mazique-Elliston of Atlanta, GA and Adrienne Mazique of Palatine, IL. He is also survived by three grandcats.
