It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Paolillo (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Paolillo and Rita Paolillo (Martini); and his brother Joseph Paolillo. He is survived by : his wife Jackie Guillou; his children, Chris Weede (Dean) of Arlington Heights, IL and Rob Paolillo (Jolene) of Huntington, IN; and his grandchildren, Rob, Katie, Kayla, Rebecca and Alyssa.

“It was with profound sadness that I learned of the passing of my old friend and classmate Lou. Lou was captain of our high school’s basketball team and I was captain of the track team. So there was a healthy rivalry between us. Even as a young man, Lou carried himself with poise and dignity. When we reconnected many years later, it was refreshing to see that he had not changed.
