He was predeceased by: his father Jerome McMullen; his brother Kevin McMullen; his parents-in-law, Robert and Marcy Pshak; and his nephew Garrett McMullen.
He is survived by: his mother Janice McMullen (Sroka) of Streator; his wife Debora McMullen of Arlington Heights, Illinois; his brothers, Jeff McMullen (Nancy) of Streator, Gene McMullen (Sandy) of Streator and Walter McMullen (Ann) of Davenport, Iowa; his sister-in-law Mary Beth Fuller; and his nieces and nephews, Adam McMullen (Jen), Matt McMullen (Jennifer), Derek McMullen, Ashley Kobylinski (Mark), Megan Stansbury (Brian), Nathan McMullen, Erin McMullen and Benjamin McMullen. He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
