He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Audrey Silverston and Charlotte Guidice; his uncle Ron Silverston; and his godfather Jim Lucas.

He is survived by: his parents, Dave Silverston and Pam Silverston; his grandparents, Roger and Aida Guidice; his aunts, Joyce Guidice, Karen Guidice, Barb Lucas and Lisa Guidice; and his cousins, Erik Simmons (Yasuko), Brian Simmons (Jana), Laura Harris (Frank), Vicki Paul (Sarah), Ryan, Ronnie and Robbie Guidice.
