She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Whitener and Martha Whitener; her son Wesley Wade (Tracy); and her siblings, Luanne Carlson (late Kenneth) and William Whitener (Crystal).

She is survived by : her husband Terry Wade; her son Brian Wade (Connie); her grandchildren, Kathleen, Billy, Colleen and Matthew; and her brother James Whitener (Adele).
