She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Roe and Alice Roe; and her siblings, James Roe (Doris), William Roe (Rita) and Diana Micallef.

She is survived by: her spouse Gene Waite; her children, Ross (Jane), William (Jeanine) and Karen Conway (Ross Panzke); her grandchildren, Katherine Tatak (Chris), Sarah Mathiot (Nathan), Jennifer McDougall (Matt), Christine Waite, Adam Waite and Elizabeth Atnip (Luke); her sister Marguerite Newell (Malcolm); and her brother-in-law Walter Micallef. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
