Kostovich (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; her husband John A. Kostovich; and her son Joseph Kostovich. She is survived by: her children, Nada Jayne Misunas (Dave), John J. Kostovich, Kathy Roepke (Kurt Schreiber), Donna Cohen (Ian), Mary Riley (Mike) and Joy Matella (Mike); and her caregivers, Nataliya Hubska and Bimmy Agboola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
