He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Stefani; his sons, Daniel Robert Stefani (Linda), David James Stefani (Diane) and Mark Allen Stefani (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Sam, Kane, Jack, Kyle, Chris and Ryan.
