He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Mills and Gertrude Mills; and his brother Darrell Mills (Patricia). He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Kevin Mills (Deborah), Jeff Mills (Jennifer), Rob Mills (Kim) and Melissa Eubanks (Buddy); his grandchildren, Amanda (Jordan), Katelyn, Alyssa (Dane), Michael, Ryan (Nicolette), Kyle (Gina), Brittany (Ryan), Megan, Matthew, Brooke, Brandon (Kassy) and Brady; his great grandchildren, Faelyn, Jordan, Nolan, Hazel, Lilah, James, Eli and Alaina; and his siblings, Jerry Mills (Norma), Linda Clay (late Ronald) and Steve Mills (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Mount Emblem Cemetery (520 E Grand Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to a charity of your choice.
