He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Essenberg (Lampman); his father George W. Essenberg; his children, George (Cassie) and Jennifer Essenberg; his siblings, James (Noreen), William and Fond; his nieces, Katie Florentino (Kevin) and Kristie Belpedio (Mike); and his nephew Brian J. Essenberg.
