He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; his parents, Thomas Arthur Hopkins Sr. and Mary Hopkins; his stepfather Hal Moisand; and his daughter Kimberly Podlin.
He is survived by: his son Michael Hopkins (Paula); his grandchildren, Paige, Brooke Hopkins and Amanda Craven (Ryan); and his great grandchild Reed Craven.
