Vasil Peter Santos Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 14, 2025, at the age of 87, Vasil Peter Santos (Arlington Heights, Illinois), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Vasil may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Santos and Vivian Santos (Storey); his child Jamie Santos; and his brother George Santos (Noelle). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J.; his child Laurie Santos (Tom Goszczynski); and his grandsons, Ben and Sam. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
