He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Julia Draxler; his parents, Konrad Draxler and Theresa Draxler; and his brothers, John (late Alda), Conrad (late Helen) and Harry Draxler (late Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Jane Mundt (Marc), Jerry Draxler (Sandy), Diane Stoffregen (Ron), Glenn Draxler and Linda Draxler; his grandchildren, Rebecca Alessi (Joe), Catherin Mussairo (Anthony), Shannon Belill (Leo), Alex Stoffregen (Bailey), Julia Stoffregen, Nichole Draxler, Lisa and Michelle Draxler; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Jaxon, Raelynn Mussairo, Leo Belill V, Niko Salvaggio and Flanigan James Shamus. He is also survived by his family, his neighbors.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights (1903 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
