He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fredericks and Helen Fredericks; his brother Ronald Fredericks (Fran); and his father-in-law Richard. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fredericks; his children, Debbie Lewis (Bud), John (Mariette), Mary Kucik (Curt) and Janet Allen (Bill); his grandchildren, Brian Lewis (Kristi), Joe Lewis (Lindsay), Dr. Jackie Lewis (Joe Lennox), Kelsey Kucik, Margaret Klutke (Max), Johnny Fredericks (Hope), Brittany Allen and Courtney Allen; his great grandchildren, Lola Lewis, Colette Lewis, Lucy Lewis, Beckham Lewis, Myles Klutke, Piper Lewis, Madden Klutke and John "Shep" Fredericks; and his mother-in-law Rose Swiech. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
