He is survived by : his parents, James Kozlowski and Patricia Kozlowski; his brothers, Brian and Brett Kozlowski; his grandmother Natalie Kozlowski; his uncles, Gary Kozlowski, Dan Kozlowski (Linda), Tom Scherer (Beth), Kevin Scherer (Michelle) and Jim Scherer; his aunt Peggy Diederich (Ross); and his cousins, Jennifer Brinias (Bill), Tim Kozlowski (Samantha), Kevin Kozlowski, Kristin Kozlowski, Brianna Kozlowski, Mary Scherer, Jack Scherer (Paige), Anne Scherer, Mark Scherer, Michael Diederich (Shannon), Sean Diederich (Emily), Andrew Diederich, EJ Scherer and Chris Scherer.
