He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hickey and Vera Mae Hickey; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Lathim and Cheryl Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew and Ryan; and his granddaughter Melanie Hickey of Colorado.
