She is survived by: her children, Gregory Carter (Debbie) of Kankakee, Keith Carter (Janet) of Roanoke, VA, Jeffery Carter of Quincy, Thomas Carter (Michele) of Raleigh, NC, Tamaria Ingalls (Rick) of Liberty and Jeanette Butz of Bradley; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Carter (Gerry) of Missouri and William Carter (Katherine) of Florida. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
