She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Humphrey and Davis; her grandchildren, Jamie Winchester, Timothy Hall-Van Oss and Michelle Clement; her siblings, Mary Trexlar, Emma Orndorff, Darlene Ramsey and Eugene Humphrey; her son-in-law Leonard Van Oss; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Mooday and Carroll Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, AJ Rogers, Dolly Van Oss, Kathy Sowell, Kimberly Winchester (Greg), Michael Rogers and Josie Hale (Alan Estes); and her siblings, Wesley Humphrey, John Humphrey (Dorothy), Daniel Humphrey (Melissa), Nancy Mooday, Cora Thornberry (Jerry) and Linda Stewart (Guy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice.
