She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Goetz and Zelma Grace Goetz (Shelton); her former spouse Merril Wendel Lacy; her husband William "Bill" Harvey Dean; and her grandson Spencer Haugh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Lacy Russell (Randy) of Gresham, OR and Deborah Howell (Stephen); her stepdaughter Rosetta Dean of Winneconne, WI; her grandchildren, Brandon Haugh (Cara) of Rhododendron, OR, Andrew Joseph "AJ" Howell of Effingham, IL and Jennifer Helmuth (Sam) of Arthur, IL; her stepgrandson Jimmy Russell of Vancouver, WA; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Spencer Haugh, Eleanor, Oliver Howell and Lincoln Helmuth; and her siblings, Rose Marie Brickey of Phoenix, AZ and Lyle "Sonny" Goetz of Bethany, IL.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vine Street Christian Church (249 S Vine St, Arthur, IL 61911). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at the Arthur Cemetery.
