With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Ballinger of Arthur, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Ballinger and Edna Lois Ballinger (McClain); her siblings, Rex Ballinger and Patsy Crabtree (Walt); and her siblings-in-law, Vera Ballinger and George Shutts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Ballinger of Neoga, IL and Barbara Shutts of Mattoon, IL; her nephew Troy Ballinger; her nieces, Denise Guymon (Jeremy), Theresa Ballinger, Beth Mann (Robert), Nikki Romine (Ryan) and Pam Shutts; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Crabtree (Megan), Brennan Key (Meghan), Austin Romine, Alli Ballinger, Gracie Romine, Katie Butler (Jacob Starwalt) and Rylee Shutts. She is also survived by two great great nieces, and one great great nephew.
