Doris Rich Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Rich of Arthur, Illinois, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Flossie Myrtle Binion (York); her husband Phil Rich; and her siblings, Clarine Howard, Neal Binion, Donald Binion, Hillious "Red" Binion, Robert Binion, Billy Binion and James Binion.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Annette Scheffer (Tommy) of Arthur, IL, Christina Jo Stoltz (Richard) of Atwood, IL and Chad Philip Rich (Julie) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Ben Conner of Arthur, IL, Daniel Rea (Carlie) of Moweaqua, IL, Justin Kingery (Dawn) of Arthur, IL, Waylon Kingery (Lacey) of Atwood, IL, Dylon Kingery of Atwood, IL, Rhiannon Douglas of Mattoon, IL and Emlyn Rich of Mattoon, IL; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Chloe, Bowen, Britny, Paige, Maddie, Hadley and Archer; her great great grandchild Braxton; and her brother Wilburn Binion of Sullivan, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
