She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Vance and Sherron Vance (Ruberg); and her father-in-law Lester William Fornshell II. She is survived by: her husband Bill Fornshell of Arthur; her children, Zachary Smith (Heather) of Mattoon, Caleb Smith (Whitney) of Sullivan and Abbey Bone (Nolan) of Shelbyville; her stepchildren, Lester William Fornshell IV (Teresa) of Tuscola, Daniel Fornshell (Natalia) of Bozeman, Montana and Jessica Stephens (Vernon) of Clinton, Missouri; and her brother Scott Vance (Christine) of Girard. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Arthur Southern Baptist Church or Operation Christmas Child.
