It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Moretto of Ashland, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moretto and Helen Karushis Moretto; his sisters, Wilma C. Cole (late Richard) and Wanda H. McDowell (late Ned); and his sons, James Edward Moretto and John Bernard Moretto.
He is survived by: his wife Kara Moretto; and his daughters, Christina L. Lyons (Mike) of Ironton and Amanda Moretto Rech (Hamilton) of Westminster, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
