He is survived by: his wife Karen Coy; his sons, Greg Darnell (Patty) of Hennepin, IL and Dan Darnell of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Taylor Landreth (Quincy), Braden Darnell, Declan Fuller, Zach Darnell, Calvin Darnell, Ethan Darnell, Evan Darnell and Henli Darnell; his great grandchild Beckett Landreth; and his siblings, Linda Mullinix of Princeton, KY and Eric Darnell (Marian) of Pleasant Plains. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Ashland Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
