He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Newcomb and Edna Newcomb (Rahn); his siblings, Donna Newcomb and Jerry Newcomb; and his grandparents, Otto, Emilie Rahn (Koelling), Jasper and Emma Newcomb (Kane).
He is survived by: his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Newcomb of Belleville, IL. He is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews, many cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics, Friedens United Church of Christ, the Shriners Hospital or donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
