She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Jacox and Edith Jacox (Clarke); her son Kevin Thomas; her siblings, Frank Jacox Jr., Merle Jacox, Alice McMahan, Gloria Jacox and Shirley Wooten; and her siblings-in-law, James Kalk, Lonnie Smith, Leroy Thomas and Berniece Ellis.
She is survived by : her children, Delbert Thomas (Donna) of Franksville, WI, Frank Thomas of Rochelle, IL, Pam Schwarz of Ashton and Michael Thomas of Hampstead, NC; her daughter-in-law Belinda Thomas of Rochelle; her grandchildren, Jeff Schwarz (Monica), Lisa Schwarz, Kristin Schwarz (Chris Reed), Jaime Thomas, Angela Thomas, Karrie Lazewski (Jeff), Alyssa Thomas, Stephani Cater (Scott), Kevin Thomas (Jody Sedgwick-Gulley), Josh McCaslin (Jena Lachat), A. J. Thomas and Britany Neal (Eugene); her great grandchildren, Alex Schwarz, Tyler Paxton, Alainah Jordal, Gregory Dorwaldt, William Dorwaldt, Joshua Schwarz, Mason Schwarz, Matthew Schwarz, Jayden West, Logan West, Harper Lazewski, Hayes Lazewski, Huxton Lazewski, Kayli Cater, Jake Cater, Drew Cater, Brooklyn Lachat, Phoenix McCaslin, Aurora McCaslin and Destiny Thomas; her siblings, Gerald Jacox (Joyce), Charlotte Kalk and Beverly Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Beck and Lucille Baumgartner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
