He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Strege and Augusta Strege (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Esther Holzkopf; and his daughters, Pam Bass (David) of Sebring, FL and Michele Haas (David) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
