He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Davidson and Bernice Davidson (Meyer); his daughters-in-law, Cynthia Davidson and Dee Davidson; and his sister Marilyn Hanabarger.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Cushing; his sons, Mike Davidson of Moweaqua, IL, Jerry Davidson (Karen) of Pana, IL, James D. Davidson (Terry) of Ramsey, IL and Bill Davidson (Karen) of Bristol, TN; and his brother-in-law Bob Hanabarger. He is also survived by five grandkids.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Seitz Funeral Home (101 S Walnut St, Assumption, IL 62510). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Assumption, IL.Memorials may be made to Assumption VFW Tacusah Post #6577 or the donor's choice.
