He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence A. Cushing, and Velma Cushing, Sr. (Pruitt); his siblings, Alfred Cushing and Martha Shanks; and his son-in-law Jerry West.
He is survived by : his wife Brenda Litz; his children, Virginia Hegardt (Todd) of Pana, IL, Rita West of Nokomis, IL and Clarence Edward Cushing (Christina) of Witt, IL; and his grandchildren, Anastassios Ziros (Susan), Alexander Ziros (Savana), Cody West (Shawnee), Vanessa Cushing, Conner Cushing, Anthony Cushing, Michael Merriam and Kazz Friend.
