She is survived by: her children, Dean Boaz (Susie) of Nalcrest, FL and Mary Jo Hartle of Assumption, IL; her daughter-in-law Cathy Boaz of Decatur, IL; and her grandchildren, Tami Boaz, Jamie Boaz, Lynnette Broomfield, Christina Wooldridge, Adelle Boaz, Aaron Boaz, Wendy Boaz and David Bombal. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ in Dollville, IL.
