He was predeceased by: his father Roger Lee Middleton. He is survived by: his mother Marge Osborne (Peifer) of Pana, IL; his wife Sharon Mindrup; his children, Robby Lee Middleton of Macon, IL, Dustin Wayne Middleton of Walland, TN, Alecia Pfeffer of Taylorville, IL, Lauren Sinnard of Tower Hill, IL, Lindsay Sinnard of Moweaqua, IL and Hope Middleton of Assumption, IL; his brother Harry Evans (Loretta) of Cowden, IL; and his stepmother Annie Sims of Pana, IL.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
