She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Luther and Betty Louise Crowe, Sr. (Fouts); her husband Randy L. Bollinger, Sr.; her brother Ronnie Crowe; her children, Brian (Nicole Lyles) of Astoria, Dawn Bushong (Todd) of Astoria and Mandy Stambaugh (Wes) of Astoria; and her siblings, Deborah Valente and John Crowe, Jr. (Alisha) of Beardstown. She was also cherished by five step-children, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the service and inurnment will be held in the Browning Cemetery, Browning, Illinois on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at 10 a.m. Memorials in Connie's memory may be given to the American Cancer Society or the National Downs Syndrome Association.
