He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis F. Beekman and Marjorie L. Beekman (Thompson); his children, Stacey Meehan (Richard) of Astoria, Brad Beekman (Bambi) of Bushnell, Chad Beekman (Heather) of Lewistown, Kelly Carlock (Tom) of Chandlerville and Rachel Laethem (Clint) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Zeke Meehan (Lauren Krohe), Zeb Meehan, Macey Utter (Lucas), Gage Beekman (Alex Silvola), Bailey Cale, Broc Beekman, Brynlee Beekman, Cade Beekman, Clay Beekman, Cole Beekman, Lexi Carlock (Michael Curry), Gabe Carlock, Belle Carlock, Ella Laethem and Evelyn Laethem; his great grandchildren, Nash and Crew Utter; and his siblings, Karen Tippey (Scott) of Lewistown and Donald Beekman (Debra) of Emden.
Memorials in Gale's memory may be made to the Summum Christian Church or the Astoria American Legion Post #25.
