He was predeceased by: his father Russell Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Samantha McIntire (Robert) of Norris, IL, Sarah Fulton of Duncan Mills, Brian Fulton of Duncan Mills and Alex Fulton (Cassandra Watson) of Duncan Mills; his grandchildren, Lola, Milo, Waylon, Oscar, Hennessy and Arlo; his mother Betty Jennings (Lockard) of Lewistown, IL; his sister Marilyn Laconte (Tom) of Florida; and his niece Brandy Reber of Washington.
Memorials may be given in Gary's memory to an education fund established for his grandchildren at the Ipava State Bank.
