She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Conner and Rosa Conner (Brillhart); her husband Jack Bair; her daughter Constance Royer; and her siblings, Junior, Robert, Richard, Donald Conner, Ruby Vaile, Helen Shaw and Nelda Webb.

She is survived by: her son Marty Bair of Astoria; and her granddaughters, Lindy Schenk (Troy) of Astoria and Libby Bair of Springfield.

Memorials may be made to the Astoria United Methodist Church.
