He is survived by: his wife Tammy Bollinger; his sons, J. R. Robertson of Austin, TX, Mason Blickenstaff of Summum and Klynton Bollinger of Altona, IL; his grandchild Destini Bollinger of Summum; and his brothers, Marty Clemens (Ellen) of Pleasant Plains, IL and Chris Blickenstaff (Donna) of Troy, IL..
