She is survived by: her son Adam Sager of Astoria; her siblings, Patsy Belden (Mike) of Pleasant Plains, IL, Alicia Hager (Rick) of Pleasant Plains, IL, Gary Stambaugh (Lila) of Fayetteville, IL and Dennis Stambaugh (Debbie) of Beardstown, IL; and her sister-in-law Peggy Stambaugh (Larry Jones) of Browning.
