He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Prather and Lois Prather (Sheckler); his sons, Dan Prather (Carrie) of Galesburg and Adam Prather of Astoria; his stepdaughter Colbi Osborne of Astoria; his grandchildren, Jerry, Max, Trenton and Heather Prather; his stepgranddaughter Greenlee Workman; and his brothers, Russell Prather (Glenna) of Astoria and Edward Prather of Clanton, AL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Adam Prather Education Fund at Better Banks in Astoria.
