He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly Ford (Pete) of Lewistown, IL and Kevin Plate (Shannee) of Macomb, IL; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Plate (Libby), Thomas Plate (Shannon), Kylie Clark (Billy) and Whitney Sullivan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tucker Plate, Claire Plate and Addison Clark.
