He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lowary and Bertha Lowary (Damon); and his siblings, Shirley Lowary, Sharon Lowary, Ruth Porter, Jerry Lowary, Terry Lowary and Lawrence Lowary.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Schisler; and his siblings, Darlene Becerra of Ft. Madison, Lillian Graber of Bowen, IL, Betty Simmons of Keokuk, IA, Charlotte Galant of Flint, MI, Clarence Lowary of Ft. Myers, FL and Lester Lowary of Keokuk.
