We are sad to announce that, on October 18, 2025, at the age of 90, Leola Anderson of Astoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelotus "Dick" Foster and Goldie "Marie" Foster (Walker); her husband John C. "Jack" Anderson; her siblings, Madelyn Skiles and Beverly "B. D." Foster; her nephews, Brad Skiles and Dennis; her niece Vickie Foster; and her great-niece Amber Foster.
She is survived by: her nieces, Robin Shawgo (Kenton) of Astoria, Landa Skiles of Maui and Velva Fletcher (Tim) of Havana; her nephew Greg Foster (Wendy); her sister-in-law Faith Foster of Springfield; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh, Teri, Michelle, Mandy, Troy, Matt, Sydney, Kylie and Kerry; and her close friend Linda Derry of Astoria.
Memorials in Odie's memory may be given to the Astoria Fire and Rescue Squad.
