She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil McCormick and Nelda McCormick (Bollinger); her siblings, Phillip "Bud" McCormick and Maxine Conner; and her stepson-in-law Charles Slaughter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Van Fossen Richbark and Karen Van Fossen (Kevin); and her stepchildren, Janice Slaughter of Astoria, Joyce Bennett (Jerry) of Hutto, TX and James Miller, Jr. (Michelle) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren.
